Mode changes are live. For up/down testing, switch to Gaze only or Gaze priority, then raise gaze pitch and/or lower gaze enter/exit. Gaze-only ignores head-pose error, but still needs a tracked face and a calibrated gaze baseline. NITEC needs NO calibration — place the model at models/nitec.onnx next to index.html.
